At Kasters Kustom Cutting Inc, which was started over 25 years ago, we are committed to creating the best possible products for our customers, with the utmost care and quality that you truly deserve. To us, the job is not complete until we know that our customers are satisfied with the end-results. In order to do this we use our knowledge and experience our team has gained over the years, and utilize our equipment and machinery to make quality products. ​

We began the business focusing on dimensional lumber and  large custom beams as our specialty. We are located about 30 miles SE outside of Portland, Oregon. We have been FSC certified for over 15 years and can produce many sustainable custom products. We also provide custom bandsaw milling, slab milling for logs up to 72" wide, kiln services, beam planing, and slab flattening and surfacing. We have been cutting and drying urban salvage large black walnut slabs for many years, along with other species such as maple, redwood and oak. All our wood slabs are air dried and then finish drying is done, in our kilns. Some of our slabs we have for sale are posted on our website, but there are many more that we have in storage, already kiln dried. We will be putting more wood slabs for sale on our website to give customers a better idea of what we have in stock. Some of our dried slabs that are rough cut and have been air dried over 2-3 years are hard to see the character compared to the beautiful product it will look like after finishing them. We also have surfaced some of our slabs, which can give a better idea of what the wood slab looks like. Our large slab flattener can plane slabs flat and sand them up to 72" wide and 18' long. We try to provide these slabs at a reasonable and often much lower prices than you might find somewhere else in the live edge wood slab market. We also have a large selection of reclaimed beams and lumber and other custom product possibilities.
